The staff was incredibly helpful and positive, made us feel like we were at home. Also, the view from our high floor room was just spectacular especially during the fireworks, absolutely unforgettable.

The hotel connects to Copley Place and Prudential Center, which offers a ton of shopping options. The minor issues were the long wait for the elevators during peak hours. It could take up to ten minutes in the mornings. I also found the shower pressure to be a bit weak, but nothing major. Would definitely consider staying here again for its convenience and friendly vibe.

Great stay with a few bumps

I had a lovely weekend getaway with my wife. The room was super comfy, and we loved the bar for some late-night drinks. We were at an event, so the location couldn’t be beat. Just bummed about the noise from the housekeeping crew in the morning that woke us up too early. Overall, a solid spot!

The location was very nice! Trolley stops right out front, upscale mall on both sides, and a cozy yard for relaxing. Across the street, a great market for snacks and drinks was a lifesaver. I had an awesome experience when I needed to rearrange some travel plans, and they went above and beyond to help.

The location is perfect for exploring the Back Bay and we loved the spacious fitness center and relaxing indoor pool. Our room had an amazing view of the Charles River, which was a real highlight for our family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more games or activities for kids around the hotel.

The location is amazing. Right near shopping at Prudential Center and restaurants. My room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. The indoor pool was heated, and the fitness center had great equipment. Plus, loved the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site. Room service was quick too!

The room was spacious, clean, and included a large workspace which was beneficial for my meetings.
